Wherever one goes historic landmark buildings and contemporary architectural wonders reminds one of the city’s pride and grandeur.

You want to go where? That was my family’s reaction to my idea of taking a trip to Destin, Florida. It’s not a trip to Disney World, but there’s an abundance of things to do around Destin and you don’t even have to wear a set of mouse ears.

1) Henderson Beach State Park. 6,000 feet of white sand on the Gulf of Mexico. Admission is cheap, $3.00 for a vehicle with one person, $4.00 for a vehicle carrying up to 8.

2) Big Kaduna’s Water and Adventure Park. The name explains it all. Try the Pirahanna and Humunga River. The adventure park features mini golf, arcades, a roller coaster, and many other attractions.

Cruising In Hawaii

Romania has a lot of cool places to visit, but in my opinion the most beautiful of them all are the parks of Bucharest, the capital city on a hot summer day. Why is that you might wonder, well let me tell you that Romania has the most beautiful girls you have ever seen, and in the summer they all go out in parks to hang around. It’s like a paradise on earth, you will be amazed and dazzled by the variety and beauty of them. If you are a girl, let me tell you that the boys are worthwhile too ;)

A Cat Island Bahamas Vacation

The Hermitage is a bit of an historical oddity, fascinating & strange. The hike up to see this religious site will take visitors through small villages along beautiful trails, full of island flora & fauna. it is located at the top of Mt. Alvernia, which is 206 feet above the sea & the highest point in the Bahamas. The Hermitage itself is made from the limestone of the cliffs, with each piece painstakingly extracted, shaped & set by hand by the Canadian mule-skinner turned Anglican turned Roman Catholic priest known as brother Jerome. The brother built the structure to scale, designed it to fit his  diminutive form. Beloved by the island people, the priest passed away in 1956 after reaching the ripe age of 80.

One of the outer islands of the Bahamas, cat Island is a quiet holiday location for those who're  looking to relax. Copper Canyon Mexico

Sierra Tarahumara, popularly known as Copper Canyon is situated in Mexico. The area is a favorite destination among those seeking an adventurous vacation. Copper Canyon is one of the six gorges in the area. Although the name suggests that the gorge might have some relevance to copper mining, this is not the case. The name is derived from the copper and green lichen covering the canyon.

Copper Canyon has two climatic zones. The region features an alpine climate at the top and a subtropical climate at the lower levels. Winters are cold with frequent snowstorms at the higher altitudes. Summers are dry and hot. The capital city, Chihuahua, is a high altitude desert where weather ranges from cold winters to hot summers. The region is unique because of the various ecosystems that exist within it.
